Just did an allout 600 TT and after I couldnt take deep breathes and it took me a good 15 minutes to not feel like I was dying. Has this happened to anyone else?

Sounds like sports induced asthma.
That is normal, the usual course of things.
Watch sprinters in the Olympics, still out of breathe 5 minutes after running 100 meters, fast but way out of shape.
How much mileage are you doing?
The best way to help your recovery is to run lots and lots of very easy distance.
out of *breath
Do you have a collapsed lung? You probably have a collapsed lung yup that's what it is a collapsed lung.

It's happened to just about everyone after running an all out 600.

Thanks for clarifying this.
My mileage has not been high, between 20-30 because of ITBS. It was definitely the hardest I have ever run. I feel okay now and can take deep breaths, I suppose this is just what happens when you push your body to the absolute limit. Thanks for the input everyone.
