I have had some achilles problems this year since I burst the sheath around it about 20 months ago
strained my achilles area 4 times this year and have been looking for a rehab program for it ever since (any suggestions would be great)
I'm an 800 meter runner who's just PR'ed in the 1500 and seasonal best in the 800 the last 2 weekends but this week I've been out due to a sore achilles.
