I can find 'Top 5 best kicks of all time' videos up the wazoo, but they're all male races - great for me, but not so great for my female runners.
Can y'all think of any races I should use?
This is one of my favorites...

Not the racing they should study. It's the training.
Athens Olympic women's 20-kilometer race walk Champion training before the Olympics.
Watch "Training for Beijing 2008" on YouTube
https://youtu.be/7GB9zfZpdwsHere's some awesomeness for your girls...
Chicago Marathon 2007-- leader high-fiving while ultimate winner, really pushing, swings wide (about 1:55 into video clip) to pass within 100m of the finish.
Bonus points for emphatically ruining the finish-line tape break.
Heather Dorniden 600m sec championship
Maggie Vessey, then unknown, winning the Prefontaine Classic with a great kick. I think it was in 2009?
Anti-Inspiration... Most likely a democrat and Trump Hater. Bigly Loser
not track but Sarah Baxter's HS career ....not the last race.
When Morgan Uceny stayed on her feet, she was the best 1500m we have had in the last 15 years.
This video shows her smarts and finishing ability. It also showcases the foolishness of blasting out tand the front too early as Wurth-Thomas does her best Prefontaine impression.
Chanelle Price. She was the best high schooler of all time, had a disappointing collegiate career. Her last race in the summer of her senior year she barely PRed and that gave her enough hope to keep going.
She worked 2 part time jobs for 2 years and remained sponsorless. I think everyone except the Tennessee ladies and Coach Clark had lost faith in her abilities. It was cool to train with her because she had a quiet confidence. She's humble and never mentioned her abilities, but you could feel that she had unwavering belief in herself. This race is honestly why I kept running the last 2 years. It is so hard to dig yourself out of the mental abuse that comes from a performance plateau. I cried during this race, and I still get chill bumps whenever I watch it.
Also, All Brenda Martinez videos and interviews from the 2016 Olympic Trials. That lady's ability to control her emotions and deliver results is incredible. She's got such great perspective.
I LOVE MY 800M LADIES.
Jenny Simpson's Diamond League races are good too. She's inspiring because she's so dang consistent and talented.
Ajee Wilson's races are also incredible. She's got the most beautiful stride. And she has the best sense of humor. I love rooming with her at meets.

That must be the most incredible come-from-behind win in track history. If it's not, please tell me what is.
The male track announcers were babbling like girls.
Find a clip of the last 3 laps from the women's 5k final at 2012 trials. Kim Conley outleaning Julia Lucas, who had looked like a sure winner, at the line for the 3rd and final spot. I can still hear the entire stadium gasp.
Back in the day this was it. Couldn't go into a running shoe store in the 80s and not see a poster of this finish, with Decker gritting out the win and the Russian face planting and eating track.
Indoor national championships: Lynn Jennings outkicking Patti Sue Plumer and Vicki Huber to set the AR for 3k indoors in Madison Sq. Garden. 8:40.45.
Plummer took it out way fast, Huber stalked from behind, Jennings stalked Huber.
While not track, the 2016 women's NCAA D1 XC championship had a pretty interesting last 800 m as Erin Finn kicked down Anna Rohrer, and was subsequently outkicked by Karissa Schweizer.
that one is great...Morgan winning and Simpson kickin the Clown lady's arse one more time
several nice races there

The 10k from Rio last year was easily my favorite part of the Olympics--quite inspiring.
to a runner this is the answer. Dibaba came in hot as hell and ayana completely outclassed her. All a non runner would see is someone easily winning a 10k though
sadly, the video in OP would probably be most effective. A version with the chariots of fire music would probably reduce em to tears
Colin Sahlman runs 1:45 and Nico Young runs 1:47 in the 800m tonight at the Desert Heat Classic
Molly Seidel Fails To Debut As An Ultra Runner After Running A Road Marathon The Week Before
Megan Keith (14:43) DESTROYS Parker Valby's 5000 PB in Shanghai
Hallowed sub-16 barrier finally falls - 3 teams led by Villanova's 15:51.91 do it at Penn Relays!!!
Need female opinions: I’m dating a woman that is very sexual with me in public. Any tips/insight?
