every spring, i tend to go cold-turkey on my achilles' and i feel like i must be stretching the calves by wearing sandals (rainbows) / flip flops. it hurts like hell at first, but seems to even out later.
is there any validity to this? i figure i lose a lot of strength in feet/calves/ankles over the winter, wearing more heeled shoes and this is just something i'm going ot have to go through?
i am really suffering with achilles stuff and i hope this works again this spring
