"Corporations and super PACs shouldn't be allowed to donate money!!!!!" - OK, can I trouble you for a $5 donation to the campaign fund for arguably the most important office in the world?
"Uhhh, errrm, uhhh, sorry I don't have any cash on me but maybe next time."
Politicians still ran effective campaigns before super pacs, gimme a break
Politicians ran effective campaigns before TV and the internet too but this isn't 1904. Times have changed and if you want to reach an increasingly detached from reality and easily distracted voting population then you better spend big dollars. That's the reality of 2020

So lame. Dumb Eric Trump's comment and your misunderstanding about life.

"I did not have sexual relations with those underage girls"
I agree the rules for serving politicians are way too loose - actually not many restrictions at all nor enforcement.

Whoa--good thing he's not running for President, huh?

Hey Rigged! Did you know that the documents will NOT be released until MONDAY?
Do you know what means? It means every Maxwell link you droll over is FAKE.
Don't forget the Trump WAS on the Lolita Express and in 1997.

ENLARGED:
I completely agree with the bolded text. Providing the right incentives for the right people to work/not work is not trivial.
At any rate, my point was that a blanket statement of "we should never incentivize people to not work" does not stand up to scrutiny.

Next time, try reading the post to which you are responding before formulating your response.
Grow up, little man. "Don't folks on unemployment typically receive substantially less than what they made at their job? … We should want people to stay home as much as possible and have no incentive to go to work."
You got an answer and cried "I did not type that."
Learn to write. Thanks.
My dearest child, I am truly embarrassed for you.
Like I said, I made no such assumption. Please do try to read the post to which you are responding prior to formulating your response. Now off to bed, dear child, before I have to give you a spanking.

Provide a list of all the jobs previously employed people can go back to?
State how people who are umemployed with children will go back to work with schools and daycare centers closed? Go to work and leave you kids to fend for themselves? Or stay home and go broke and face getting evicted? Those are the solutions Republicans are offering. Get a job! What job? Force your kids to go to schools? What school?
Responding to yourself? Truly bizarre.
Sorry, I thought you only suffered from stupidity. I did not realize you were also mentally ill.
Please accept my condolences.

Am I wrong or did Bernie do just fine raising funds from individual donations? Safe to say he reached a lot of people.

Here's Trump voting by absentee/mail-in ballot in 2004, apparently he wasn't so worried about mail-in voting being fraudulent back then.
But the funnier thing is that he went to several different polling stations to vote personally, but he wasn't on the voting rolls at any of them.
How do you not know where you're supposed to vote? I get a notice before every election telling me where I'm supposed to vote, I'm not sure why someone, especially a stable genius like Trump, wouldn't know that ahead of time.

Ok well then.
Almost the same number of people died from Covid this week as died of combat in the 6 years of the American Revolution.
Utter fail.
The 'everything going to merde' trend continues. I don't really want to talk about it.
New highs all over the place and deaths are again accelerating in the 4 problem states.

Primaries are an absolute sh!t show these days where arguably money isn't quite as important as something else. Idk what, pandering to people, saying dumb stuff? Who knows, but considering that he didn't get the nomination twice in a row, I'd say he clearly didn't reach enough people.

The message got out just fine. Bernie just didn't convince enough people.
But if the primaries were being held right now, the front runners would be Sanders and Yang.
News you probably missed from the New York Times:
In the latest disaster to hit Bangladesh, torrential rains have flooded at least a quarter of the country, inundating nearly a million homes. Two months ago, a cyclone slammed Bangladesh’s southwest, while a rising sea has submerged villages along the coast.
Scientists project that severe flooding will intensify as climate change increases rainfall in Bangladesh. It’s a story that reflects the unequal burden of climate change’s effects: The average American is responsible for 33 times more planet-warming carbon dioxide than the average Bangladeshi. “Those who are least responsible for polluting Earth’s atmosphere are among those most hurt by its consequences,” Somini Sengupta and Julfikar Ali Manik write.
