Trump is on Fox News right now I believe. Should be a good day for the thread!
I was right.
Trump just went on Fox and said Comey lied in his memo. Trump said he never told Comey that he didn't stay over night in Moscow.
At least now we have Trump confirming that he stayed at least one night in Moscow during the Miss Universe pageant.

One big problem with chronic lying is that you will inevitably contradict yourself.

And during that November 2013 Moscow trip:

At this point, Trump might be beginning not to care about his political future. He just doesn't want to face jail time or big threats to his criminal enterprise.
He will likely resign and blame the establishment for not being fair just to get rid of him.
And still there's no evidence that Trump broke any law, while Hillary's known crimes go unpunished.
The Swamp is destroying the country in it's attempt to take down Trump. Damage is being done that will be hard to repair. Limbaugh talked about this for the first time yesterday, so finally there's a third person after me and my best friend Dershowitz talking about this in public. Hopefully this topic will become mainstream so that everyone can start thinking about how to end this and how to fix the damage.

Good grief.
So, it appears the father of the now aborted fetus was either Trump or Hannity.
How much worse is all of this going to get?
Time for Shep Smith and Chris Wallace either to take over Fox News and make it respectable, or jump ship to a real news outlet.
Will the Christian Right stand with Trump if they find out he financed an abortion, especially if it was his?
The above is all just horrible stuff, but the main thing remains...
Mueller is coming.
The clown is done.

DiscoGary, you're incessant pessimism and conspiratorial beliefs have amused me and the other race directors at the LRC Race for Admiration or Humiliation of Flagpole.
As such, we would like to make you our official race Grand Marshall! If Flagpole is wrong, then you can declare victory! If he his right, then you can still declare victory because of the deep state and whatever else you can conjure up! It's a win-win for you.
You know what? I'm starting to feel guilty when I leave you guys alone on here because I fell like I have a duty to keep you all sane.

Is that an official acceptance? You can ride in the lead car and everything. Lagat was a Grand Marshall at NYC one year so you're in good company in my opinion.

Abortion is probably the one issue that the Religious Right will not waver on. Trump could shoot someone on 5th avenue and evangelicals would still support him. But if Trump in any way condoned an abortion then I think that they would indeed finally abandon him.
But we are a long, long, long, long, long way from proving that the godless Trump had anything to do with an abortion.
I have to say, I'm kind of shocked at what Avenatti said this morning. If Avenatti's reporting of the courtroom proceedings are accurate then it does show that something is amiss. He said that the three clients of Cohen were Trump, Hannity, and the Trump Organization. Broidy was not one of the three.
But I don't think that means the father of the aborted child was definitely either Trump or Hannity. Until now, everyone assumed the father was Broidy. It still could be. It might be that Broidy is simply waving attorney client privilege. I don't know why he would do that, but it is a possibility.
And I thought that a copy of Broidy's NDA was made public. Am I wrong about that?

Name a lie told by Avenatti.
He certainly doesn't need to lie to keep his name in the news. The Stormy Daniels case is one of the biggest news stories this century.
