So I'm on my 6th week of training. Didn't hit as much mileage as i wanted too. But i hit 15,30,30,45,55 and Im going for 60 this week. I should reach my max of 75 by the first week of April.
I have done small tempos average around 5:20 pace, and I did a 2x 2mile at 11:03 and 10:50 on turf with trainers as my first workout. Easy pace would be around 6:30-6:50 depending on surface that Im running on.
My last competitive track season I ran 4:00(1500), 15:37(5k), 9:37 steeple. The xc season before I ran 26:07 in the 8k for XC. And i didn't start my winter training until this week. So I'm on my 6th week now, I would have been on my first that year.
This year for XC my fastest 8k was 26:07(California) but i ran 31:57(Montana) in the 10k.
What do you think I could run in the 1500, and 5k this year?
