He'd crush them as none of them could get to top speed. He'd probably beat any amount of 12 year olds though

Even assuming all the kids could start out their relay legs running at top speed, probably not. In his WR run Niekerk averaged 10.7575s/100m; I genuinely don't think any 12 year old has the top speed to match that for even 20m (for reference, the age 12 100m record is 11.22).
