I used to train at 9 pm every night.

You should have a schedule, and run at the same times every day.
The best time is first thing in the morning.
9pm is time to get ready for bed and to sleep.
Have a good sleep, then get up in the morning and run.
You should also write out your goals, so you know what you're doing and why.
