Would be fun to automatically have an entry posted to a blog every time I finish and upload a training run from a Garmin watch. Is something like this available or would it have to be embedded manually with a manual blog entry after each run?

Your training log is not meant to be a blog. Nobody cares, get over it
You can do it through Strava - here you can see Central Park TC has a feed from Strava on its website.
And you can sync your Garmin Connect with Strava

I'm only doing it for my coach and a few select individuals so they don't have to login to Garmin connect. Thank you
Oh come on...it is not that hard to log into Garmin Connect.
