Well, if he walked the last "couple of miles", that would mean at least two miles of walking, and assuming he did it briskly (15 minutes/mile), which is a generous assumption, given he was in a lot of pain, that would mean he ran the first 11.1 miles in 45 minutes. I'm calling bullshlit.
