Achilles tendinosis (AT) and plantar fasciitis (PF) are the two most common causes of heel pain. Tightness anywhere in the kinetic chain (glute, hamstring, calf) can cause both AT and PF.
Of course there are other possible causes/injuries. Based on statistics, it is most likely AT or PF. Which one it is depends on the exact location of the pain.
You shold addressing the calf tightness with proper massage or ART or Graston. Also make sure your hamstrings and glutes are loose and not weak.
As mentioned before, go back to your original shoes until it clears up.
