A few quick important notes:
- it starts today, but you can adjust as you feel for now.
- the weekly total time is 7-8:30, just as you had recently.
- the weekly mileage, based on my estimation, is 50. Which is pretty well for 5k.
- you will need to check the distance when running.
- in every run you have assigned a time and a distance. Try to reach the time, but stop if you reach the distance. This should prevent abusing when you feel great and still get quality time when not in a good mood.
- there are no rest days, but except Mo,We,Fr and Sa, you can replace with something else if you feel like (cross training, rest if needed).
