You say there is a limit that every athlete can achieve naturally.
Yes, there is some limit but not every athlete has the same limit , there is no such things like limit 10.1 second in 100m for EACH and EVERY athlete.
How do you come up with that?
You say that test are joke. How??? There are tons and tons of athletes who are tested positive.
Here last news from weighlifting:
http://www.allthingsgym.com/retests-olympic-doping-samples/
Russian athletes passed test because their test were covered up , not because they were tested negative.
Many athletes nowadays from T&F are clean and I have no doubts about it and many who dope don't take it in small doses.
*who dope take it in small doses.
This whole thread, like most all doping threads in this forum, is 15 pages of baseless opinions by those who have no clue. It's what you asked for.I'd like to hear the truth but have no way to assess which anonymous contributor posses it.The next best step would at least be direct corroborating evidence, something beyond fast times, but not necessarily limited to positive tests and sanctions.Look at Lance and the steady stream of direct corroboration, from all directly connected sources like friends, competitors, teammates, employees, former heroes, anti-doping labs, sponsor employees, etc., starting with a hospital confession in 1996 and Bassons's article and positive cortisone tests in 1999, ending with peculiar blood trends during the comeback in 2009 and federal and USADA investigations, all BEFORE BEFORE Lance confessed to Oprah. If you want to say "just like Lance", that's the precedent he set.Let's hope you include some in your paper, to lend it strength.

Just FYI, from Charlie's website:
age time
15 11.5
16 10.79
17 10.66
18 10.62
19 10.25 - Ben started taking steroids at the end of the '81 season
20 10.30
21 10.19
22 10.12
23 10.00
24 9.95
25 9.83
26 9.79
So Ben, the poster boy for drug use, took 4 more years to crack 10 seconds. One must take into account the poor weather conditions in Canada compared to say, Jamaica.
What does any of this mean? We know Ben took drugs because Charlie Francis wrote Speed Trap. It's easy to connect dots going backwards, because that's the only way you can.
So let's work this one out, Ben Johnson has admitted/shown to be taking steriods in 1984, yet he gets to keep his bronze medal. And he was 0.23s behind King Carl and we are meant to believe he is clean? I'm just saying.
To answer the OPs question: Shaggy Too Dope of Insane Clown Posse
All clean unless proven guilty

You're either an idiot or a troll. Either possibility is dispiriting.
-the claim that those who aren't willing to accuse everyone of being on drugs are gullible fools who think no one is cheating
-the claim to have first hand evidence and insider expertise without presenting any of it
-the claim that running fast/performing well is a priori evidence of doping
-other associated claims; beating dopers means you are doping etc
While the majority of us on here can look at this idiocy and pick holes in it, there may be a few who are somewhat influenced by it. Flinging around these fallacies is neither appropriate grown up cynicism nor amusing subversion.
The moderators really ought to take this thread down.
Any substance this thread might have had was over by this post.
Getting eliminated in the heats of the Olympic Games doesn't give you inside information on who is doping.
Reading all of the published and publicly available information (hint: WADA and the USADA have access to it too!) doesn't give you inside information on who is doping.
I'm sure user Olympic Truth is well educated on the topic, but he's just spewing a "guilty until proven innocent" mantra where the only proof of innocence is running slow times and losing races. He has not offered any of his promised "inside information." N O N E.
Thread's a joke.
evelyn ashford was said to be completely clean, and also merlene ottey was likely clean in the 80s.kathy smallwood of uk was also said to be clean, and was widely known to be clean,as was angela bailey of canada.i know these are all 80's sprinters, and its a long long time ago,but they come to mind.the australian, raelene boyle was clean, and world class in the 70s.im not sure about irina szewinska,of poland, but she had a long career, and would have been drug free, for much of it.
