1) obesity is a disease caused by overeating 99% of the time. The other 1% can almost always be corrected by a doctor.
2) 6 minutes? You can't do shit in 6 minutes.

The fact that you don't eat/don't eat enough is actually very likely contributing to your obesity. Your metabolism likely has slowed down and your body is preserving fuel as fat stores, since you are not fuelivel.
That's why all those fatties came out of the concentration camps weighing 79 lbs.
Obese Bob is a genius. The people responding to him as if he were sincere, not so much.
This thread is making me hungry.

No, there is always a third alternative, those who understand the troll but want to demonstrate to the people ignorant of the intentions of the troll who would be fooled into believing idiotic things why the claims don't make sense.
I assure you that I am, indeed, sincere. I am sure it is difficulty for the chosen few that post on this site to comprehend the pain and difficulties associated with the condition of obesity. This is an illness that is reaching epidemic proportions in today's society. We must work to find a medical cure in order to avoid the crippling effects that are a result of this illness. WE NEED MEDICAL RESEARCH AND WE NEED IT NOW!!!! I hope one day to be able to run a 5K marathon, but without proper medication I don't see that happening!
Good morning from Florida Bob :D Really, most of us reading this post wish everyone with godspeed, seriously. I described already in an earlier post here that steadily improving lifestyle choices (diet and exercise) is the way to go if you've not any exceptional conditions (glandular, thyroid, physical handicaps, etc.). If you have have those kinds of conditions and REALLY want to improve your fitness, then seek your personal physician. I was obese at one point (5'7", 220lbs. Photos from past and now; homophobia warning http://i835.photobucket.com/albums/zz272/Tyguy80s/snapshot-1.jpghttp://i835.photobucket.com/albums/zz272/Tyguy80s/webcam-toy-photo52.jpg), you CAN do whatever it is you want to improve in. It'll take time; anything worth while will take a while ;) Best of luck Bob!
