I'm looking for some age group times for the Crossfit Murph. It seems like a good way to tell how fit I am compared to my Crossfit peers. I'm pretty sure that I can hang with Crossfitters my age on the pushups, squats, and mile run. I'll need a few weeks to get in better pullup shape if I decide to do this.
Specifically, I'm looking for the M65 age group.
