I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem I have been having for a while now(year). I was told by a PT friend that I have SI joint dysfunction. To be specific Right Posterior innominant torsion. Not real sure what this means but I feel when I stride out a bit (not too much) my hamstring in my right leg is cramped or limited?
I probably sound completly insane, but it feels like my leg wants to stop, it is impeeded? IS there anyone here that my have some stretching and strengthening advice I could perform at home. I am sick of going to PT's that have no idea how to treat me. My PT friend is too far away to help me out.
