The narcissistic plastic Greek is embarrassing the Greek flag. If I were the Greek Olympic Committee I would tell her she better prove her fitness fast or no Rio.

LOL.
I hope the Greeks don't let this childish girl represent them.
She is a good runner, but she should be embarrassed.
Her personal best for 5000 is only equal to 6th place in this race, so I don't think many expected her to contend for a podium position.

This unfortunate situation has not happened with Colleen Quigley.
Go Colleen Quigley!!!

Looks like she ran faster than your 5k PR. No wonder you are so angry, little boy.
But she's doing it "for the kids." She wants to inspire all the girls out there that they too can finish DFL and make a crappy movie, if they grow up with a silver spoon.

She's in a tough training cycle, and only needed to finish to stay on the Greek team.
Short cuts don't pay off... But hey, shes an "Olympian"
Pretty sure she either fell or was spiked. Pappas haters are so quick to pounce.

As a result of this race the European champion is now a Kenyan born runner representing Turkey followed by an Eritrean born runner representing Sweden.

So why have European champs in an Olympic year?

Galen looked the same in the Olympic 10k and he won a silver. No excuse. She is a headcase, and a mercenary abusing the system to get into the Olympics.
She probably peaked for her qualifier at Payton Jordan and is now coasting it in for the rest of the season. Shameless.

Are you Greek? If not maybe you need some kind of hobby to keep yourself occupied.
Wow this place is negative. The amount of glee people have for when someone fails..
She is a world class: singer, actor, poet, writer, director, athlete, model, photographer, chef, physician, engineer, race car driver, sailor, equestrian. She is the most interesting person in the world.

LOL. She seriously does claim to be 'world class' as a movie director though. She is so delusional.
I thought she fell in the 10K a couple of days ago and she still ran 32:27. I don't know what happened in the 5K but she finished on the same lap in front of one DNF and four DNS's. She has represented Greece just fine.

No she didn't. Let's call a spade a spade here, she was not remotely competitive in either race and did not even perform to her own standard. She doesn't even speak Greek so she can't even 'represent' them anyway. She phoned it in and Greece should be embarrassed.
At least the Kenyans recruited by the Turks win races - Greece should look into that instead.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
