Any thoughts on which athletes will be given an exemption to compete, and how many?
It will be interesting to see how the 'banned' Russia T&F team at the Rio games differs in size and quality from the unbanned Russian T&F team at the London games.

It is not possible to run under 2:05 without drugs.
That's why we have a drug problem. People believe stupid shit like this.
I know you don't believe that, but lots of people do.

Haha. Amazing. Just amazing. WADA doesn't test anyone. This is on the IAAF, who has a long history of hiding positives.
Good thing wholesale corruption in the IAAF and Russia have never been addressed.
And, let's remind everyone, the only sport with banned athletes is track and field. Good thing the IAAF is working hard to un-ban a teeny-tiny part of Russian participation.
Is Seb Coe a freemason?

You honestly think the American government would allow Americans to compete as neutrals if America was banned from the Olys?

And how would 'merica accomplish such a ban? Prevent them from traveling to Rio? If that doesn't work, have a SWAT team abduct them if they manage to enter Brazil? If that fails, have a military drone strike them if they dare to compete?

They would be told not to compete; probably under the threat of legal consequences. The corporate media would apply pressure not to be unpatriotic. Their sponsors would be pressured and they in turn would warn the athlete. The OG organizers would be threatened financially. A travel ban on the athletes would certainly not be out of the question...Hell, they could be added to the secretive No Fly list..you know, that list where we are not told who is on it, who decides who goes on it, the criteria for being put on it.
The usual heavy handed stuff. America is like The Mob was -- lots of ways to bit you. Drones and SWAT teams would not be needed for this.
