I think he will continue to go with the full denial (along with playing dumb with the data/ details.) Also think Skins hopes the conclusion does support that he cheated so they can rid themselves of this mess (more so because in addition to the cheating fiasco he also made very public some defects with their product.) However I think there may be a lot of legal issues that Skins needs to cover which may continue to delay their report. Lance Armstrong was criminally investigated (but not charged) for defrauding his sponsors (although not sure what they do in the UK.) I found the whole fiasco hilarious and wish one of those involved would just fess up and then have it go away (which would give Robert some time to reinvent himself) but there may be some more serious stuff involved that will prevent them from doing the right thing.
