Yea, some women are freaks and desire gang bangs, but being forced to do so repeatedly is a crime against humanity.
So the girl isn't competent to decide whether or not she wants to have sex, but the guys are expected to be competent to review her background and assess whether she is competent to decide that she wants to have sex? Were they supposed to do a background check? I don't think that would have turned anything up. Should they have checked references before engaging in the act? Had her bring a note from a physician?
