What workout did you do today or will you do today?
4 miles of REALLY slow recovery...at most.
i think im going to be doing 8 by 600 today at practice.
No work today so figured might as well train hard...
This morning I did 1hour and 45mins in the hills.
This evening I did 6x5mins with 2.5mins recovery and then 16x(100m fast, 100m relaxed). 15mins warmup and 15mins cooldown.
No work tomorrow either!
Ran 4 miles @ 5:10 pace. Did 8 strides before the workout.

60 minutes progression in snow @ 7,000 ft altitude. 4 stride after. beautiful.
