As we get into the final 10 weeks, I am trying to plan my last 3 or 4 long runs and tune-up races.
How far out should one do their last 3 long runs (20+ miles)? Boston is April 18. I was planning to do a track 5K as a last race on April 2nd, then my last long run (20 miles) on April 3rd.
I also have races planned for March 5 (10 mile) and March 20 (12K), so was planning to do my other long runs on March 13 (22 miles) and March 27 (24 miles).
Are my last 2 long runs too close together?
I'm interested to hear any advice or what others have planned for their final few weeks.
