Peter and Jeff Hale have been a great duo for the NESCAC. It's D3, but that's basically the same as high level highschool.

I was wondering who were the best high school running duo in history. Im from Jersey and I only know Jersey's running history well and Know that Jim and Joe Rosa were Phenomenal twins who were amazing runners. Currently Will and Colin Daly (Also from Jersey) are both also amazing runners who are on course to come 1-2 in the state meet.
Times: 800m 1600m/mile converted 3200m/2 mile converted
Joe Rosa: 1:58.90 4:06.22 8:48.55
Jim Rosa: 1:53.65 4:06.26 8:48.38
Will Daly: 1:58.50 4:08.74 9:14.59
Colin Daly: 1:55.27 4:08.69 9:14.66
Joe Rosa ran 8:44 in the 2 mile to claim the NB Nationals 2 mile title w/ Jim in 2nd at 8:51
His time converts to a 8:41 low 3200m
Rudy CHAPA had a secret twin brother that would fill in for him during meets, no one knew, but I do... I also know who killed Kennedy but I'm not telling you.

Until now, when I asked: Hi alex. Who killed Kennedy?
Mullin twins from Bronxville in the early 2000's. Both were part of National Record and winning nationals in 4xmile.
There's a set of identical twins in Sydney who go 1-2 at Aussie Nationals. Very striking, they run side by side most of the time, then battle it out at the end.
1998 born, Amy and Lily Harding-Delooze. PRs:
Amy - 800 - 2.06, 1500 - 4.15
Lily - 800 - 2.07, 1500 - 4.24
Lest you jest! The Ziegle twins are really cute... Young looking, but cute. Nice pic. You should not call them Nazis. Shame on you.

I'm not sure why you hope I read the rest of the career synopsis. I didn't need a Wikipedia article to know they were dopers and lost their medals. But doing some copy and paste sure saves time posting on a message board.
The question was best HS twin running duo. They crushed it in HS and went on to olympic gold.
A better comment probably would have been more along the lines of... I hope you know this post is about HS twins. Not college or pro twins!
I guess I'm lazy.
Socal cush is obsessed with drug testing; whether the result is a ban, or the test was not failed due to lab error. Unfortunately for him, he set a masters record --age 45 mile?-- and chose not to have himself tested to validate the record. So, no record because he was afraid to be tested.
Noah and Josephat Lyles ran 10.17 and 45.95 at Arcadia this year. Nobody else mentioned in this thread is even close to being as fast as them.
They may have gotten a ban later but as stated before these guys compare pretty favorably to anyone...
20.57 -Calvin Harrison (North, Salinas-CC) 1993
45.25 -Calvin Harrison (North Salinas-CC) 1993
and he ran 45.07 at Pan-Am summer after HS was done
46.25 -Alvin Harrison (North, Salinas-CC) 1993
and the Lyles brothers are AWESOME... but NOT twins. They are born a year and 4 days apart (see all-athletics . com)

But they sure did well afterwards
Afterwards:
Takeshi So 2:08:55
4th 1984 Olympics
Shigero So 2:09:05.6
20th in 1976 Olympics
17th in 1984 Olympics
No Olympic medals? I'd say that's "so-so."
You take out drugging cheater Waldemar Cierpinski and Takeshi So has an Olympic Bronze (along with Frank Shorter's 2nd gold). Instead, the inept IOC won't go there, regardless of the evidence (state run drug program, well documented). So instead of Shorter with two honestly-earned gold medals, drug-infested Cierpinski has two golds. Both of Cierpinski's medals are illegitimate.
That was the final year in the cinder track.

I watched you run. I was a freshman nobody that drove down with the coach and some JV friends. No idea how a nobody like me ended up going to watch Arcadia, but seeing that 3200 race was a mind-blowing experience for me. I never got super fast, but I started working harder and went from freshman scrub to varsity XC in the fall.
