I'm looking for a good metatarsal pad to help reduce flare ups and discomfort of a neuroma (Morton's). I'm looking for effectiveness (of course)and also durability. Links would be helpful.

Many years ago, I had a podiatrist tell me to buy the pad that they sell for women\'s dress shoes. It adheres to the insole. Dr. Scholl\'s and most others make them. I don\'t know if there are special ones made, but these are easy to find and pretty cheap. It was suggested for me for a fallen transverse arch, but the location was the same.
