i have not raced in some time and im just wondering if some one can help me predict my 5k time and 10 k time.
last week i did 90 miles some hill repeats and tempo run and today i did
5x1 mile 5 minute rest in 4:45 average

well, it is impossble to tell with that workout....5 minutes is way too long and is enough time to easilly fully recovery. We can't tell your effort but seriously, some people could run a sub 15:00 5k with that, some people could not come close.
I don't know but you can run a mile in 4:45.I hope that helps.
I would run about 14:30 off of that workout. Some of teammates would run abour 15:45 off of that workout.
