before training, i was mostly sedentary even no hiking, football or swimming experience,
i could barely break 60 min 10k or even hold 5:00min/km for 5 laps
after 2 months of training, i ran a 39:54 19k off max of 26.5 mpw
mostly long run,tempo run>no intervals
do i have potential to be a sub-16 5k runner within a year?
