If you accuse everyone of doping, particularly top athletes, of course you will be proven right quite a bit.
Doesn't change he fact that he took a long time to disassociate from a dirty program and his whistleblowing hasn't resulted in any sanctions.
In her lead up to her WRs last summer, I remember an article about her doing a 6 x 800 workout were she started at 2:05-06 and came down to 1:59 on her last. Granted, I don't know the rest between the 800m, but that seems like a ridiculously hard workout for a clean athlete.
Each repeat was faster than mile WR pace and got faster. He last repeat was sub-4:00 pace. However, as a general rule, something like 6x800 is geared for 5000m racing. Granted, if it was 6x800 at 2:08 with plenty of rest, I can see that in line with mile training, but it wasn't described as such.
Chinese had systemic doping and their records lasted for over 20 years. Yeah, Dibaba could be a genetic freak, but the odds are more stacked in favor of her doping.
