I do think she is likely doping because of her level relative to her peers and considering the prevalence of undetected doping that is always going on.
I don't think her indoor times are great compared to her outdoor times so nothing she is doing right now is particularly impressive.
I do think that women milers have had a very week progression in general over the last 35 years.
Either comparing past dopers to current dopers or past clean runners to current clean runners, they haven't been getting much faster.
People are usually physically/genetically better than the previous generation, training is better, participation levels have improved in female running.
What's holding up female milers from getting better?
I will say that female African participation and professional coaching was very much lacking in 1980.
They should be ready for a nice jump in performance.
So that gives her a shot at being clean, even if I think she is most likely not.
