Yes! Did 2:38 last year in my first marathon so my first target is to better that. Training going pretty well, mostly 80+ weeks last 2 months and did a pb 10 miles in Dec and have just had two solid XC races. This is a good 10-15 miles a week more than last.
My training tip would be to not skimp on the long runs and try and regularly run for at least the time you hope to do. Do them most of them off road if you can as then the legs will feel better the next day. I did 2:33 yesterday (Sunday) and what was after a hard XC race on Sat.

Yes will be doing Londo. Not a great race to try and run a time as it's simply too crowded early on. Even from the Green Start there are normally problems. Did my first 20 miler plus yesterday as well but hopefully it'll be the first of 5-6.
