I need a little help. Before Christmas I strained my left hamstring while doing 400s on the track. After a week off I started back to running slowly, gradually building the up the mileage. The hamstring was slowly recovering, but still quite tight. Friday after my morning run and bike ride to work, my lower back went into a bad spasm and I could barely bend forward or get up out of a chair.
If anyone has any experience with this type injury, insight would be greatly appreciated.
Also, if anyone knows of a good physiotherapist or massage therapist in the DFW area that I could go see, that would be helpful as well.
