For me:
Ran the 2:36 in trainers mizuno 17 was going to wear lighter but calf got messed up last minute before race.
Currently loving the Nike lunar racer and tempo.
Added a heal lift to get a bit more drop. The tempo and racer are wicked light and feel great.
Larger toe box and plenty of cushion. Not sure about the support for 26 but did a half in the racer and feet felt great. The lunar tempo might be the perfect shoe with added heal lift.

-maybe the Boston adidas but fits snug
