BQ. Should not be a problem if I am healthy, but nagging injuries might prevent it from happening.

Sub 54 400m
Sub 2:00 800m
Sub 4:10 1500m
Sub 17:00 5k
coming back from very long term illness, probably unrealistic expectations, but I'll give them a shot.
that's sub 24.50
Sub 2 minute 800. It's been 4 years since I ran that time. I had the fitness for it in 2013 and 2014 but was focused more on the 400.
Biggest obstacle is work constraints. I'm throwing together some workouts now just to see how fast i can go in January because I'm not going to be able to run in February. I'm out of the country in June, so I may shoot for a December track meet as the final peak race.
Best of luck to you all!

Those are nice goals for a walk on. All region in X-C? Which Region? I wish they gave All Region awards when we old folks ran in the NCAA X-C Regionals :) I was 16th in my region, qualified individually for NCAA Finals but they didn't have "All-Region" back then...................
PR in the following events
Current PRs, Goals:
800-1:58, 1:56
1500-3:59, 3:52
3000-8:23, 8:15
5000-14:41, 14:20
10000-30:17, 29:59
13.1-1:10:19, 1:07:30
26.2-2:30:28, 2:24:00
Didn't have a great year, so my goals will be very similar to those I had this past year
5000m : 14:40 - 14:45. PR of 15:20 from 6 months ago
3000m : 8:25 - 8:30. PR of 8:43 from 1.5 years ago, same shape last year
1500m : 3:57. PR of 4:06 from 1.5 years ago
Secondary goals of breaking 56 in the 400 (57.8 PR), 1:59 in the 800 (2:02 PR) , and have a good 10k race.
These goals may seem ambitious given my PRs, but I was definitely in better shape than the time suggests given my training and workouts at the time.
