williams men at smith this weekend. Who else is joining the party?
Don't forget about Cotton
Didn't forget, these are just the people who ran last indoor season and are returning.
The reason I didn't account for outdoor performances is because some people run their best outdoors. I just stuck with last indoor season.

Fair enough, my bad. I think the man will be untouchable in the 5k
breakout season for the Bos, outkicks Cotton and Bijan for the 5k win at Nationals.
Rumor on the street is that Yannacone is in 152 shape, and ready to run it at Smith.
Being in 152 shape in early December is #very cool and #not likely to be a bad thing in the #long #term.
i don't know, I think Mo and Bijan will probably be there with Cotton.

Williams put 4, almost 5, under 15 today
Why are they racing so hard this early? I don't think they've done this before have they?
No they do this every year. They train through cross nationals and take their break after Smith. Its worked in the past, and I'm sure it'll work this year too.
Horrible prediction. Kid lost to some scrub from Amherst, who has a PR of 1:56.
It's way too early for anyone to give a shit. Also, the Amherst kid is a sophomore, so he could have very easily made a big jump in fitness.
Cotton appears ready to go. I wonder how him and Mo will stack up.
Forget about Mo, what about Lamere? Cotton ran like two races this fall, and wasn't allowed to train with anyone, and still ran the equivalent of a 14:08 on a banked track with only intrasquad competition. That's ridiculous. I can't see Lamere being much faster than that, even considering his xc fitness.
Cotton was only 5 seconds ahead of Mazaheri, who was probably tired from XC season. Lamere was how far ahead of Mazaheri and Thorson (14:11 guy last year) when they were at their best?
And on the 7th day G-D created Williams. For they will rise from the ashes of their competitors, who shall lay homage to their greatness on the track. For Williams now carriers out the will of G-D.
They will be great, and Bijan and Colin will go 1-2 at nationals

Mazaheri ran within one second of his PR at Smith.
if you guys are putting Cotton and Bijan as the favorites this early in the season and counting out Lamere you are daft.
