Am I the only person tired of Bad Wigins' know-it-all attitude? He presents ridiculous statements that are contrary to everything that any of us has ever learned, and does it in a matter-of-fact tone, but without providing any evidence.
I call on Bad Wigins to provide evidence that even 20% of the population of adult male humans, of any age he chooses, could even reach 220 bpm, in any scenario he chooses. Then I call on him to provide any evidence at all that there was ever a single human born who would potentially be capable of reaching a maximum heart rate of 250 bpm or greater.
