What months during the fall and offseason should an 800/1500 meter runner's mileage be the highest. When should I start dropping off. I'm going to ask my coach this tomorrow, but I'm a little too impatient to wait for that moment.
Also this is my 1st year in college and basically my first real year doing xc. My PRs in high school for the 800 and 1600 meters are 153.83 & 436.**
