I've had 3 races in a row where I've done far worse than I should have. Physically, I'm in the shape of my life and my workouts have indicated 5k times at least 30 seconds faster than what I've been running. I've always prided myself upon my mental toughness, but I've had a ton of trouble with it as of late, and I've been feeling sorry for myself and making excuses. How can I break my slump? States aren't too far away, please give me some advice.
