There is nothing wrong with it. There is also nothing wrong with creating a thread saying that running consistently will lead to greater progress than running sporadically.
Both are fundamental training principals that are so obvious that they didn't need a thread.
Don't give this generation too much credit.
I have high school athletes that need to be TAUGHT how to run a strider.
Relaxed upper body, quick turnover, planting mid-foot under hips, good arm mechanics, etc etc.
A lot of running intuition that these kids SHOULD have built just by running around as a kid just isn't there with a lot of our athletes now.
Some kids can't run, jump, skip, etc. without having the skill taught to them, even though this should have been ingrained at a very young age naturally.
