I think that it is possible that they will win two in the W Marathon, the gold in the M1500, a M5000 medal, and a W800 medal, so that's a lot more.
The US men will win the 4x400 but not the 4x100, and the US women will win both relays... maybe.
Kenya is truely blessed !!!
I know exactly what they are and
should give thanks for.
1.
a big thank you to china
thank them for producing all that
beautiful peptide that doing them wonders.
2.
For long legs . being very serious.
Long legs =longer stride + igf-1
and enhancement in stride frequentcy
that nervous sys. mediated = Speed
and ability to keep them moving at this pace for longer = speed endurance.
bett .rudisha .kiprop .
no secret to how being done .
alot to give thanks for there........
Don't count off Kenya in the 4×400m relays with those three 400m hurdles 1 400m and 200m guy they are aforce
That Europeans, exposed to more strict doping controls, can't win in a competition with Third World juicers?
Since he does not have the time or the crayons to explain it to you, I will try. You are perpetuating a theme on LR where some talentless trolls assume that fast times and good performances are impossible for Africans without doping. Yes, some lower rank athletes and Rita Jeptoo have been caught and this looks very bad but using that to dismiss an entire nation's success is just wrong. It's like proving that mafia bosses killed people and they are now rich. Therefore there is no way that Zuckerburg, Gates or Buffet could amass so much wealth without murdering people. There is something called talent and these people have it at a level that you will never understand. Plus the culture of success in their countries ensures that the cream rises to the top. I won't even tackle the fact that you call these countries backward. The haters will hate and these countries are just getting started with dusting you in track AND FIELD. Just go watch ice hockey and play with your confederate flag. There's nothing left for you in this sport other than hate, envy and bitterness.
Get it dude. wrote:

You are really so demented?! This doping charade in Africa has been running since mid-90's. Nobody of the top athletes has been clean since that time!
And IAAF does not care at all. In fact, they intentionally try to sweep it under the carpet - as we saw recently in the German documentaries.

I have absolutely no doubt that quite a lot of Kenyans have dirty hands but careful about touching a subject you obviously do not know.
There is no such thing as an "European anti doping agency". Each country in Europe has its own standard with Anti doping.
It might be strict in the western part of Europe, but it is lousy in the East.
(But then again the Dutch NADO performed less tests than the Cuban one, in all sports, last year)
Take the example of Ukraine. It is a country of 45 million, where AAS are perfectly legal, you can buy testoterone in most pharmacy in Kiev without problem. Yet it is a country that perform less tests in ALL sports than Jamaica (pop 2 Million) in Athletics per the last WADA report (And it has little to do with current political situation in Ukraine, they just don't test in this country)
.
And Jamaica best athletes are pretty much in T& F while Ukraine has a professional football league (ranked 6th or 7th in Europe according to UEFA).
Secondly, I don't know if you have been following the recent doping developments, but it is clear that without night-time tests, even strict anti doping in worthless when you can use products that will be cleared out of your body in less time than one night of sleep.
But why the hell I am telling you all that ? The highest tester in Europe is Russia (in athletics they carried out 64 blood OOC tests against only 11 for Britain), but if you believe the last ARD report, the situation there is not on par with in Kenya , with athletes bragging that any positive test can be bought.
All those facts come from the last WADA report .

And why should I care about EPO doping of some obscure walkers from Russia, for Goodness sake?
W100h - possible sweep
Men's Dec - possible 1-2
Referring to gold medals - pretty confident that I we will win overall. Already listed those golds.
Kenya has approximately the same number of black people as the US , why wouldn't they eventually do as well in medals as any other country ?
What percentage of track and field medals have gone to black people?

US men will win the men's 4x100m.
Jamaica
1. Usain Bolt
2. Nickel Ashmeade
3. Asafa Powell
4. Perhaps nester Carter
USA
1. Gatlin
2. Bolt
3. Rodgers
4. Bromell
The US is better.
But they always ruin it.
By the way, it is not a given that Jamaica will win the 4x100.
Here are the teams;
Jamaica
1. Shelley Anne
2. Veronica Campbell
3. Sherone Simpson
4. Perhaps Natasha Morrison
USA
1. Jenna Prandini
2. English Gardner
3. Jasmine Todd
4. Torri Bowie
I have no idea as to what happened to Jenna. She was bad .
Because of that, Jamaica has an edge.

OH,
Now it is both peptide and long stride?
Make up your mind bro.
It is either doping or the long stride, not both.

The German documentary and the athletes bragging about the dope they used were middle distance runner, not walkers. Did you even watch it ?

caleb is gunning for mo in 5k
Fair enough - that would register as very slightly above the w5000 chances
you don't have any clue about running if you think Caleb has same chance as women 5k
they have 0 chance
Caleb has ole 3'29-speed & maybe quicker for this & i damn well reckon he has better than the likely 49-high speed of mo currently, probably 48-high/49-flat
Caleb needs a slow pace to bell & he can crush mo with that 400 speed on last lap
that woud even include a "fresh-mo" who hadn't run a 10k earlier
Imprsssive wrote:I've been really impressed by the performance of the Turkish male sprinters at these champs. Great to see them finally step out of the shadows of the Turkish female distance runners
you are very correct
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QK9SkstXRNUthe guy ran 20.01 into a 0.3 cruising the last 25m with very wide on bend
the wind cost 0.02s
the cruising cost ~ 0.1s
however, the running wide on bend was incredible !!!
he ran "3/4" out in it when 200m distance is "1/6" in
he probably ran
~ ( 0.75 - 0.166 )* 1.22m lane * pi = 2.23m extra on bend
that adds on from lack of ideal line with above :
( 20.01 - 0.02 - 0.1 ) * ( 200 / 202.23 ) =
19.67 !!!
the guy's run was better than gatlin's 19.74 in final !!!
if he was doping, he crawled in semi/final
however, i'll tell you 1 thing :
he is an intrinsic 19.6 guy in 1-off !!!

I agree Caleb will tear down Mo Farah. The both basically have the same strategy, winding up in the last 700m or 600m. Only thing is, Caleb is marginally faster than Mo Farah in that last part of the race. Mo is even more disadvantaged by the impact of that 10000m race. So my money is on Caleb as well. Kenya is going for NINE GOLD MEDALS!

Your proviso of a slow pace shows a lack of confidence in your prediction.
Farah's win in the 10000m which just make him more confident. I will add a proviso too though. Farah will win the 5000m providing he is not deliberately tripped by the Kenyan's again.
