I am a high school junior currently running 60mpw. I ran a 18 flat as an 8th grader off 20 mpw, and have not ran a 5k race ever since. What do you think i can run for the 5k next week?

17:40
Probs low 17's. I'd say around 17:15
1.) That's a tough workout unless it was truly relaxed but that term could have many meanings.
2.) I predict sub 17 probably 16:25 but there wasn't enough information for an accurate count.

I don't think sub 17:00. I had no speed at all but I could run a short tempo (3x2 mile) at 5:43 pace or longer tempos (up to 10 miles) at 6:00 pace and I ran 16:49. I thought I was in 16:30 shape but never got in the right race. I think that this guy is in 17:15 shape more likely.
10 mile tempo isn't the most accurate predictor workout for a 5k. Especially while you're young and still developing aerobically. Good to hear you're working on your strength but don't forget shorter workouts at faster than race pace so you can get used to running faster. With that said I agree with the low to mid 17 crowd. Let's go with 17:15.
I'd say at least 20:11. Maybe even faster. The only way you'll know is to get out there and try one.
