It's impossible to say if you have natural talent as a distance runner, but if you do, breaking two is reasonable if you actually train seriously. However, without knowing anything else, I would guess that a mid-25 200 specialist would struggle to break 2:10.
I also really want to know where you're from, because if nobody in your entire state is breaking two, that's pretty pathetic.

Many average high school 800 specialists running in the 2:06 - 2:12 range for 800 are capable of a 25.5 or faster 200. A 200 specialist with a 25.5 PR is not going to be running back to back 65s. I've known sub 53 quarter guys that could not for the life of them break 2:10.
Mercier's equivalent performances calculator strongly favors sprints, and has 25.5 roughly equal to 2:17. Assuming you're able to put some distance training under your belt, maybe you'll run under 2:10. Give it a shot, you have nothing to lose.
