Wanted to know people's thoughts to this training plan for a high schooler going into sophomore year. Some background on myself 3000m pr 9:44 and 1500m pr 4:34 ran these on inconsistent weeks of anywhere from 20km to 50km per week . Really want to make a huge jump this year and become more consistent with training and am wondering if this training plan works as I don't have a knowledgeable coach at my hs.
