I'm Tanner, a Sophomore in HS. I am a 1600-3200 runner in track. My PR's are-
800-2:14
1600-4:59
3200-10:44
5000- 17:43
Here is a summer training plan that I thought of that I feel is very simple but will be effective. In the past I have averaged from 42-50 miles per week, but it was in the winter so it was really hard to do. I should be doing all of my E runs around 7:10-7:50 pace, which I will make sure they're still easy runs because I will have a HR monitor. Please tell me if you see any flaws and or improvements I could make.
