Nice (Cote d'Azur) is one of my favourite places.

That's the first I've seen the article but I think it holds the quote of the year:

Zebra Adam Goucher...
(Sorry, couldn't resist.)
I don't want the work we've done to be in vain if he don't get a DQ so I've started sharing my evidence analysis blog more. I don't want to be seen as self-promoting so if anyone else has a review of everything we gathered on here then I'll gladly link to it and start sharing it too.

The last thing Lehigh should worry about is a lawsuit. If it happens, start a gofundme page to take down Rossi and post the link here.
I would easily give $1k to take this douche down. I might have to dip into my $500k 401k (only 29) account or win a local 5k in under 15, but I would contribute as I'm sure many others would.
There will be no lawsuit, even Mike has more sense than to incriminate himself so spectacularly. Not that it doesn't exude an exquisite appeal, but there is the nasty little aggravation of him being a cheat. Out damn spot.

Enough with the talk of a lawsuit. If he gets DQ'd Mike IS NOT going to file a lawsuit. What, pray tell, is the cause of action you people think he will base the lawsuit on? Wrongful disqualification of a marathon?

Wait, you think I am Mike? Or you think frank burns is Mike? Or you think that frank burns is nice?
This is getting so confusing.
Hey. Just post once....
Or should I say...
Hi, Mike!
Honestly if I was in Mike's position right now I'd be training my ass off and trying to lose 20 lbs. unlike kip, the time he cheated to is well within his reach if he actually worked hard for it.
I do hope that Boston bans him however, the thought of this guy actually qualifying and getting to run Boston again makes me sick.
He can't train. He can only jog marathons and ten milers. Remember the torn labrum? Hey Mike, where is that MRI you promised?

I doubt that Mike could ever run a 3:11. Maybe if he could mentally and physically handle 5-6x the mileage he is currently doing and did everything else right, it could be a long shot in a few years, but I really don't think that 3:11 is practical for him.
3:25 is another story. That would have been doable for him if he could have kept at it and just gradually increased his mileage, not getting injured (actually injured) or burnout. He doesn't seem like someone who puts a lot of stock in delayed gratification or intrinsic rewards though, so I'd say even 3:25 would have been unlikely. After this current mess though, I doubt he continues to run. Anytime he does run, it will just remind people that he cheated to get into Boston and then lied about it. He'll probably take up something new, like Crossfit.

If he "don't" get a DQ? So if the panel chooses not to DQ him you are gonna take to the streets and riot? No respect for the panel decision unless it comes out your way? Wow just wow.
