Maybe someone can contact this guy and see if he has more photos.
He finished in 3:27 something. If you click a photo on his blog you can click through the photos he took

Sorry but it's from 2013 not 2014. Marathon bibs were green in 2013 (Learnt that the hard way looking through lots of google images that weren't relevant). In 2014 they were bright yellow like Rossi's medal photo

I've looked at every top ten runner from 18-54. He's not in any course photos.
I'm up to page 9 of looking through every marathon finisher. Thus far he's not in any course photos.
You know this was summed up about 180 pages ago but thankfully we've had 47 different people confirm they went thru all the photos. Who has weekend duty to see if the photos change?

Apologies if this has been covered (hard to keep up), but the pod thingy on his left foot is the same in both photos, and he reckons he didn't log the Via marathon. Strange.

If this has been covered...really? Yes, it is hard for some to keep up.

I'm keeping track of how many races he has that thing on his foot. Some people have mentioned that it might be a runner's ID thing rather than a tracking pod

Oh I know you'd be true to me now that I've seen the torture your guilt has put you through.
The thing is, I was projecting all of the bad stuff I was mental trying to process onto you. Only you really know if you were cheating. And as far as cheating does go, it was mild: you were receptive to me flirting with you and you went to see me at sticks. We didn't touch. You didn't try to make plans with me.
Being able to see that clearly now, I still feel guilty about what I put S through.
Awesome!

If anyone is friends with him on Facebook and can see if he has a blue jacket on (like the one in the marathon start photo) in any of his pictures that might help. I didn't see any on his Instagram but a lot of those pics seem to be from weddings.

Way in the background near portajohns and hospital sign. Continues to disappear in next few frames.
Don't see this blue jacket in other start pictures. Pretty hot day to have on a jacket.

Doubt Boston would DQ him, since he ran the whole race. Unless they already have rules in place where fraudulent BQs get their Boston times thrown out or something.
They do. Rossi submitted a fraudulent performance to gain entry, and the BAA will respond once Via DQs the Father of the Year.

I broke down his 5K splits.
Boston 5K splits
1st 5K Split 24:06 7:45 per mile
2nd 5K Split 26:01 8:22 per mile
3rd 5K Split 27:20 8:47 per mile
4th 5K Split 28:53 9:18 per mile
5th 5K Split 27:25 8:49 per mile
6th 5K Split 32:13 10:22 per mile
7th 5K Split 31:45 10:13 per mile
8th 5K Split 31:12 10:03 per mile
Overall pace for marathon 9:14 per mile
For someone who qualified for Boston with a 7:19 per mile pace he started out very conservatively. You would expect he would keep that pace or even negative split the race. An 8:00 per mile pace should be cakewalk for him. He couldn't even hold that pace past the first 5K. Its not like he went out hard and blew up.
This really puts it in perspective.
Well, his ready excuse is that he was injured going into Boston. But then Rossi turned right around and ran the Broad Street 10-miler in Philly last weekend, sooooo....

I think he has some notion that if you're injured, you just slow down. The injury he claims to have (injured hip, torn Gluteus?) would prevent you from even running at all, I would think. He's now being "advised" to take off three months, but we're to believe he ran a marathon and a ten mile race with this torn muscle. Please.
In any case, from watching the footage of him running Boston in the report below, he doesn't appear to have an injured hip at all. In fact, there is a shot of him turning and twisting WHILE running to look at the person behind him who is filming him. I would think that could cause some pain in his hip, but doesn't seem to bother him.

If you think you've been wronged then prove otherwise. Everyone is scoffing at the 3:50s and 4s and barely sub 22 5K. So get out there train for another year or two--develop that runners body--and get down to 20 or so for 5K, 1:30 for the half marathon, and then run a verifiable qualifier.
Somewhere out there Derek Yorek is thinking "dang, and I thought I was an attention whore..."

The last link on here shows two pictures of the show pod. It has sometype of sticker on the top so I'm thinking it's a runner ID thing?
Deer Mr. Yasso,
Would you please disqualify this Ruiz cheater guy NOW? Even I know that the photographic evidence against him is overwhelming and that is all you need as a RD for a DQ. It is a beautiful weekend and our family needs to be outside and away from the computer and we need to drag our husband with us.
Thank you.
Has anyone started a count of how many Boston shirts and jackets this dolt owns?
I'm waiting for a fireside pic of him in his BAA pj's and slippers drinking hot cocoa from a Boston mug. Great way to unwind from a killer day of training...
I'm going...................off the grid now, but I may still post once or twice.
God I love this guy.
