I wonder if it hurts police moral to hear the Mayor so happy after getting the cops indicted, and all these victory rallies with people celebrating the cops got indicted.

Would it not have been better for the Mayor to say it is sad that 6 cops have been indicted, but no one is above the law?

Same with the crowds of people should have been more reserved.

If they think it is wrong I understand, just that the Mayor and people of Baltimore seem SO HAPPY, the enthusiasm seems too much in my opinion.

I think the enthusiasm should have been toned down so as not to hurt the officers moral who are NOT involved in this incident.

I doubt there was as much enthusiasm as you see in Baltimore when we got Bin Laden or when we got Sadam Hussein.
