Today I did 2 sets of 6x200m. 200m jog rest, and 800m rest after first set.
Times were all 29,5-30sec.
I did it on (XC) spikes.
I was thinking about a 2:05?

I've the the exact same workout as you except 5x200 as a sprinter and my time's were 30-31 sec and I run a 11.3 100m, and ran a 2:22 800 (coach wanted me to try it).
Depends on if you have speed, mileage etc. Noone knows except you buddy.
