See it as a positive: the pre race nerves help you to dig deeper :-)
And yeah Stone Cutter... Because I play it safe I will just do mileage this week with one short hill sprint session - the last before the race. And tomorrow I feel I'll do a progression down to goal pace (but way easier and shorter than the usual ones)... Then just very easy short reps next week. Definitely get excited. In my mind I've already won and feel free to just do my best. I found my joy back in running, I'm healthy and I'm faster than ever. It's just the beginning - hopefully good things to come. Really motivated for the next couple years. I want to really go for it.
