Yeah, and Pete Pfitzinger doesn't know what he's talking about. In his book Advanced Marathon Training he states that he does not include hill workouts in his plans because it depends on the course. If you are running a flatter course, you do not necessarily need hill workouts.I know his name better than "ukathleticscoach" lol.What are you credentials?
