Most ultra 'thons are on Saturday so plenty of time to get to church on Sunday.

Okay...he would destroy a lot of the flatter ultra CRs out there. Dont think he would fare well at Hardrock or a technical mountain 100

Hall would DNF at the 8th pine tree mark.

Actually, Ryan would do phenomenal the more mountainous the course. He has the Tioga Pass Run record by over 10-minutes from some "great" ultra/trail guys and a record that had stood for 24 years he beat by 8-freaking minutes.

Remember his training mate was Josh Cox, who has the AR over 50K and also was a beat at Mountain Masochist.

Ryan should start with an attempt at Mt. Washington this year and go from there.

Sage Canaday, who is an ultra runner, ran 2,20 in LA. It will be easy for him to beat Hall, since Hall never finishes...
